Let’s talk through your options.
Request a call back
Ask about rehab, recovery support or someone you are worried about. Choose how you would like us to contact you. There is no obligation to proceed.
Before you get in touch
Please avoid sending medical records or detailed information about another person. You can include any limits on when or how it is safe to contact you in the optional message. We do not leave a voicemail without your permission.
IRN supports adults aged 18 and over, and families seeking help for an adult, with options considered around clinical needs, location and budget. Treatment-placement guidance, including a family consultation connected with placement, has no IRN fee to you; provider treatment fees are separate. Counselling, additional family work and online programmes are private, paid services, with scope and fees agreed before booking. A separate family consultation costs £130 for 90 minutes. Each four-week individual online-programme block includes one additional 60-minute family session, where useful and with the client’s consent. This is in addition to the scheduled individual appointments. InsightOS Foundation provides free self-directed recovery tools. IRN does not provide emergency or NHS crisis care, and we do not work with people under 18.

Is this confidential?
We handle enquiries discreetly and use your details to respond to your request. Tell us how it is safe to contact you. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled, including service providers and circumstances where disclosure may be required.
What happens on the call?
A calm, confidential conversation about your situation and the realistic options. No pressure and no obligation to go further.
Do we have to commit to anything?
No. The conversation exists to help you understand the options and decide whether any of them are right for you. You stay in control.
What if my loved one refuses help?
This is one of the most common things people ask about. We can talk through how to approach it calmly, without ultimatums or coercion.
Do you only work with people in the UK?
We are UK clinically led and work with people across the UK, whether for yourself or a loved one, with treatment options both in the UK and overseas.
